This notice explains the current GetProp Early Access website and how information may be used when you contact us or request consideration for Early Access. It does not describe data processing within a future GetProp product.
Who we are
GetProp is operated by GetProp Solutions LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. License No. 1361960. We are the contact point for questions about personal information provided to us through this website or in connection with Early Access.
The current website
The Early Access form is currently a preview. Details entered into it are handled in your browser for validation and an illustrative response; the form does not send them to GetProp or save them to a database. An on-screen confirmation is not receipt of an application.
If you choose to contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you share through that channel. We will update this notice when the Early Access request process begins collecting information.
Information for Early Access
When Early Access requests begin accepting submissions, the form will request the following required information:
- Full name
- Work email
- Agency name
- Role
- Team size
- What you would most like GetProp to help your agency improve
Information you choose to provide
Phone / WhatsApp is optional, as is anything else you choose to tell us in the notes field. If you contact us directly, we may receive your contact details and the contents of the conversation. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid including sensitive information or personal information about buyers or other people.
Why we use information
Information you send us in connection with Early Access may be used to:
- Review your request and understand you and your agency.
- Evaluate potential Early Access fit.
- Contact you about your request.
- Communicate with you about GetProp and related product conversations.
- Understand what prospective agency users need.
How information may be processed
Information received by GetProp may be reviewed by people working on Early Access who need it for the purposes above. Service providers may help us handle communications and, when connected, operate the request process. Any such handling should be limited to the services they provide and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements.
We may also need to disclose information where required by applicable law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. This notice does not identify providers for the future request process because that process has not yet been implemented.
Retention
Our retention principle is to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, including relevant communication, and to meet applicable legal obligations. Information should be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. This notice does not set a fixed retention period.
Security
Our approach is to use reasonable organisational and technical measures proportionate to the information and the risks involved, including limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to ask about or obtain access to your personal information, correct it, request its deletion, or object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw that consent.
To make a privacy request, or ask us to stop related product conversations, contact hello@getprop.ae. We may need enough information to verify your identity and understand your request. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law, including any relevant limitations or record-keeping obligations.
International processing
The location of processing may depend on the services used to handle information. If personal information is processed outside the country where it was provided, applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards will need to be considered. Hosting regions and transfer arrangements for the connected Early Access process have not yet been selected; this notice will be updated to reflect them before that process is introduced.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website and Early Access process develop. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated separately.
